A quinceañera is both a religious and a social event, it's the celebration held at a girl's 15th birthday to mark her transition into womanhood. The term is also used for the celebrant herself, and it has various rights of passage customs that are undertaken. It is a special event that is shared with loved ones and friends, so I thank all of you for being part of it!
